What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted. Last updated October 3, 2026.
What we collect
- When you join the list: your email; whether you’re watching, going or both; the days you’re going and any section you add; one social handle; your bias if you pick one; your time zone; whether you used a phone or computer; and the link or campaign that brought you. When you open a link in one of our emails, we count that click and connect it to your subscription, so we know the emails are useful.
- When you visit: visit statistics that aren’t linked to your name or email: your country, region and city (worked out by our host from your connection; we never store your IP address), your language and time zone, your device, system and browser, your screen size, the site or campaign that sent you, and taps and shares. A random number saved in your browser tells us whether you’ve visited before. We don’t set cookies or use advertising trackers, and we don’t collect your name or exact location.
- Feedback: your rating and anything you write.
Why
To email you 10 minutes before each show, to help ARMY at home find ARMY at the show, and to understand how the page is used so we can improve it. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your email and section are private. If you’re Going, your handle may be shown to other visitors. Your details are stored with our database provider (Supabase), the site is hosted by Vercel, and emails are sent through Resend. Streams play in YouTube’s player or come straight from TikTok’s video servers, and the page’s fonts come from Google Fonts: these services see your visit like any website you load, and YouTube’s player may set its own cookies under YouTube’s privacy policy. None of them get your email from us. These services process data only to run the site.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the list, or until the tour ends and the list is no longer needed. Visit statistics, which aren’t linked to your name or email, may be kept longer.
Your choices
- Manage your subscription or unsubscribe with the private link in any email we send. Unsubscribing deletes your entry.
- To ask for a copy or deletion of anything else, contact us.
